AIWaveTune provides AI-powered tools for generating and editing audio, images, video, lip-sync, mastering, motion, and UGC content. Features, models, and credit costs may change without notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Credits and Billing
Generations consume credits. Credits and subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing and plan benefits may be updated; current pricing is shown on our pricing page.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, depicts minors in a sexual context, impersonates real people without consent, or violates platform safety policies.
6. Ownership of Outputs
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the outputs you generate. You grant AIWaveTune a limited license to host and process your inputs and outputs to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable; you are responsible for reviewing results before use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIWaveTune shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
